Interactive Learning Strategist

I explore how interactive learning can turn static content into experiences that help people build real-world skills.

What I do

Interactive learning, designed for real engagement

Tools That Make Learning Interactive

Modern tools make it possible to create lightweight interactive learning without complex development.

I explore how platforms like Genially can help teams transform existing content into more engaging learning experiences that are easier to remember.

Learning that builds real skills

Information alone rarely helps learners prepare for reality.

I’m interested in learning experiences that simulate real situations using interaction, challenges, and guided exploration so learners can apply what they’re learning rather than simply absorb it.

Activating Static Learning

Most organizations have content to train but it doesn’t change behavior.

My focus is exploring how that static information can become interactive learning experiences where people engage with the material and practice real decisions instead of just reading through instructions.

Skills & Backgound

How I approach interactive learning

Learning Experience Thinking

I focus on the actions learners need to take for the end goal; how they move through information, where decisions happen, and what helps them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Interactive Learning Tools

I explore how tools like Genially can turn static information into interactive experiences. The goal is environments where learners explore, make decisions, and engage with the material in a more active way.

Activating Existing Content

Many organizations already have the training materials and I’m interested in how those materials can become more interactive and useful without starting from scratch.

Instructional Design Education

I’ve completed formal training in instructional design fundamentals and applied gamification frameworks, grounding my work in learning theory while keeping it practical and usable.

Software & Creative Tools

I work across tools that support interactive learning design, including Genially, Canva, Freepik, AI-assisted tools, and web-based platforms and love to research and explore new programs.

Business & Program Experience

With a background in business and entrepreneurship, I understand real-world constraints like timelines, stakeholders, and budgets and how learning solutions need to work within them.

An interactive memory challenge that helps baristas quickly learn, retain, and recall seasonal drink receipes increasing speedy and confidence during real shifts.

College Career Center PDF → Guided Interactive Skill Reflection
Transformed a passive pdf into an interactive campus map where each building becomes a “stop” for guided reflection, skill-building tasks, and actionable next steps.

Community Program Onboarding: Pages → Pathway
Took a text-heavy onboarding email and turned it into an interactive path that guides participants through next steps to join the program and connect with coordinators.

Money Moves Challenge: Pages → Experience
Transformed a basic budget guide into an interactive challenge that helps users understand the fundamentals and see how changes affect their numbers.

Mobile Construction Crew Onboarding: Pages → Pathway
Took fragmented onboarding information for a construction crew and rebuilt it as a mobile-first interactive experience that guides new hires through key steps before first payroll is ran.
